Shipping policy
Orders are dispatched every Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders take a minimum of 1 business day and a maximum of 2 business days to be processed. Aramex standard delivery is 3-5 business days. It is your responsibility as a customer to track your parcel with the link provided via email after dispatch. Your package may be delayed due to overload of orders, weather conditions, strikes and weekends and public holidays. Should a delay occur, we will communicate to let you know. Baddie Hair Studio cannot be held liable by delays caused by the courier company as it is out of our control. Baddie Hair Studio cannot be held liable for packages being delivered to the wrong place due to the customer entering the incorrect delivery details. Should such instances occur, the customer will be expected to communicate with the courier directly. Baddie Hiar Studio, at its discretion serves the right to import hair from one of our international suppliers on behalf of a customer and to deliver directly to the customer. In the event this occurs, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay custom duty taxes, however delivery fees will be the responsibility of Baddie Hair Studio. Any payment received by Baddie Hair Studio from a customer indicates acceptance and understanding of the Shipping Policy.
Refund/Exchange policy
Products may be returned within 3 days of delivery in their original state for an exchange. In the event of failed delivery or damaged product, a refund will be issued, if reported within the specified time period. Products will be assessed to see their state before a refund is issued or an exchange is done. Failure to return or report within the specified time will result in a loss for the customer. Any payment received by Baddie Hair Studio indicates acceptance and understanding of the Refund/Exchange policy.
